ALAMA Architects was approached to come up with a design for the headquarters of Liaison Insurance Company in Tanzania, a regional insurance firm to be built on a thin strip of land (13m by 30m) in Mikocheni.
In the design, the building has been lifted off the ground on ‘pilots’ to allow for parking space with a provision for vertical expansion in the future.
