Project Details
A six level apartment building with parking on the ground level. Each apartment has a sumptuous balcony facing east from which the tenants can enjoy the view of the Indian Ocean as well as a soothing breeze. Light and natural ventilation and efficient circulation make the design unique. Each apartment is staggered from the adjacent one to give each family privacy and a sense of individuality.
